It's the 2011 American Idol season 10 finale, otherwise known as Country Music Night, matching up Lauren Alaina and Scotty McCreery. Not that there's anything wrong with that.

First, contestants will sing their own favorite song from the season. Then, the Idols' idols will choose a song for them: Carrie Underwood for Lauren and George Strait for Scotty. The third song will be the one specifically chosen as each contestant's first single if they win.

Once again, Zinni is bowing out. She is underwhelmed by Season 10 in general.

Zinni: Simon is still on American Idol; he just goes by the name of Jimmy Iovine now. And that's a good thing; at least someone is telling it to these kids straight. And Stefano should know better than to sing a song with a title like "The End of the Road" at this point in the competition.

Zoey: Still puzzled as to how Paul McDonald even got to Hollywood, much less the top 8. On another note, if Randy's life motto is "if it ain't broke, don't fix it," then why did he keep insisting Pia sing something up-tempo, which evidently got her voted off?
